As part of the delivery, key piston group components were provided, including first- and second-stage rods, pistons, connecting rods, a crosshead mechanism, as well as bearing and fastening components intended for overhauling the compressor unit.

Spare parts were supplied through Shanghai QANSAT Trading Co., Ltd. (China), a trading and logistics company, for piston compressor equipment operated at the oil and gas facility of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ShNPZ (PKOP). The equipment is intended for the DW-10,3/(8,3–39,2)-X compressor manufactured by Kobelco Wuxi Compressors Co., Ltd..

Supply of the main components of compressor equipment

The main components of compressor equipment were supplied by XI’AN SHAANGU POWER CO. LTD (西安陕鼓动力股份有限公司) for the oil and gas industry facilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The supply included a rotor assembly (41146.25) and a support cylinder assembly (41146.01.2) for the restoration and further operation of the compressor unit.

Spare parts were supplied by Wolong Electric Nanyang Explosion-proof Digital Service Co., Ltd. for equipment operated at the Atyrau Oil Refinery Plant (AORP). The delivery included spare parts for the bearing units, the oil system, and the pipeline fittings, including a plain bearing (DQ35-375), a bearing (5AP.264.0654.1b/3b), an oil pump gland (HSNH1300-46), and valve fittings (bypass and check valves.

The supply included components for dry gas seal systems, lubricants, and compressor equipment hydro-couplers.

Spare parts and consumable components for K-201 A/B (P5.5-5.84/2-8), K-202 A/B (2D12-68.8/3-6), and K-203 A/B (2D5.5-17.5/8) piston compressors manufactured by Burckhardt Compression have been supplied as part of the service package.

A major overhaul of a compressor unit installed at the territory of JV Kuatamlonmunai LLP, consisting of an Ariel Corporation compressor (model JGD4/3, serial number F-22296) and a Waukesha engine (model L7044GSI, serial number C-15646/1), has been completed.

The supply of rods (1508-21-04) for the first and second cylinders of the K-1403 DW-12.28/(6.39–14.04)-X compressor manufactured by Kobelco Wuxi Compressors Co., Ltd. for Air Liquide at the ANPP has been successfully completed.
