Policy on the integrated management system for occupational health and safety and the environmental management system
The Policy is based on the Strategic Development of the Company, taking into account the field of activity, size, business environment and the specific nature of risks and opportunities in the field of OH&S and the environmental impact of its activities.
The Company's field of activity is:
Repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Repair and maintenance of other general-purpose equipment. Repair and maintenance of electric motors, generators and transformers. Installation and installation of industrial machinery and equipment.
The Company is aware of its responsibility to employees, customers, contractors and society to protect the health of its staff and those involved in its activities, as well as the impact on the environment, through the implementation of obligations to:
— search for and implement measurable and effective performance criteria for the processes of its activities;
— management of environmental aspects, taking into account the life cycle and the constant search for ways to reduce the negative environmental impact of the Company's activities;
— compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reasonable requirements of Customers, contractors and other interested parties;
— carrying out constant purposeful work to prevent injuries and to prevent deterioration of health. To ensure safe and harmless working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and deterioration of health. Striving to eliminate hazards and reduce risks;
— to involve the Company's personnel to actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the management system, business risk management, and health risks. Involving employees and their representatives in the system for consultations and participation through interaction with employee representatives, as well as interaction with all stakeholders;
— commitment to protect the environment, including pollution prevention, and obligations assumed by the Company in terms of legal and Customer requirements.
— compliance with the requirements and continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
— organization of continuous training of employees, improvement of their qualifications, creation of conditions for initiative in matters of functioning and improvement of the management system.
The top management assumes responsibility for the implementation of this Policy and undertakes to continuously improve the management system. This Policy serves as the basis for setting and analyzing specific goals and programs at all management levels.
