The policy is based on the Strategic Development of the Company taking into account the area of activity, size, business environment and specific nature of risks and opportunities in the field of OH&S and environmental impact of its activities.
The Company's field of activity is:
Repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment. Repair and maintenance of other general purpose equipment. Repair and maintenance of electric motors, generators and transformers. Assembly, installation of industrial machinery and equipment.
The Company recognizes its responsibility to its employees, customers, contractors and the community to protect the health of its personnel and those involved in its operations, as well as the impact on the environment, by implementing commitments to:
- search for and implementation of measurable and effective performance criteria for the processes of the activities carried out;
- management of environmental aspects taking into account the life cycle and constant search for opportunities to reduce the negative impact on the environment from the Company's activities;
- compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reasonable requirements of customers, contractors and other stakeholders;
- carrying out constant purposeful work on prevention of injuries and health deterioration. Ensuring safe and harmless working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health deterioration. Striving to eliminate hazards and reduce risks;

Senior management assumes responsibility for the implementation of this Policy and undertakes obligations for continuous improvement of the management system. This Policy serves as a basis for setting and analyzing specific goals and programs at all management levels.
