Another successfully implemented QANSAT ENERGY project—comprehensive overhaul of the Ariel JGD4/3 compressor package powered by a Waukesha L7044GSI engine, including the supply of original spare parts, at the KAM field in the Kyzylorda region.
As part of the project, original Ariel and Waukesha components were supplied, including cylinder-piston group kits, cylinder heads, the gas engine turbocharger, and Ariel compressor valve repair kits. Following the delivery, QANSAT ENERGY specialists executed a full overhaul scope, including the replacement of critical assemblies, precision equipment alignment, tuning, commissioning, and continuous load testing that confirmed the package's compliance with operational requirements.
